General contact
Write to us with feedback on a guide, press or partnership questions, a series you would like us to cover, or anything not listed below. We read every message. We do not give legal advice or product support for Candy.
Corrections
Candy changes prices, episode counts and labels without notice, so mistakes happen. If something on the site looks wrong or out of date, send the page address, the sentence in question and, if you can, where you saw the correct information. We check it against Candy's public pages, fix the page when needed and update its check date. Put "Correction" and the topic, such as "price", in the subject line.
Copyright and DMCA notices
We do not host or embed Candy episodes, and we never link to pirated copies. If you still believe material on candyaishortsuncensored.com infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, email a notice with the subject line "DMCA Notice". Under 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3), a notice must include these six elements:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or of a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed or, if one notice covers several works on the site, a representative list of them.
- Identification of the material you say is infringing, with enough information for us to locate it: for this site, the URL of the page and the specific sentence or image.
- Your contact details: name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
We review complete notices promptly and remove or disable access to material we find to be infringing. If an element is missing, we will ask for it before acting. Under 17 U.S.C. 512(f), knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages.
Counter-notices
If material you posted was removed after a notice and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with the subject line "Counter-Notice". Under 17 U.S.C. 512(g)(3), it must contain your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address and telephone number, with your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you live outside the United States, any judicial district where the service provider may be found) and your agreement to accept service from the person who sent the original notice. Everything on this site is written by us and readers cannot upload anything, so we expect very few counter-notices.
Trademarks and brand names
Candy and Candy.ai are trademarks of their owner. We use them, along with series titles and creator names, only to describe the service we write about, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Candy.ai, candyshorts.com or EverAI Limited. If you hold rights in a name or mark and object to how it appears here, email the page address and your concern with the subject line "Trademark". We respond in good faith and correct anything that could mislead readers.
Privacy requests
To ask what data we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, write with the subject line "Privacy request" and tell us which email address the request concerns. The site keeps almost no personal data, as the privacy policy explains, and we answer privacy requests within one month.
Reporting scams
If you came across a site, app or channel using the Candy or Candy Shorts name to sell "free premium" access, push a "leaked episode" download, get you to install an APK or collect card details, tell us. Send the address and a short description of what it asked you to do, without attachments. We use these reports to keep our guide to Candy AI leak searches current. If you entered payment details, call your bank straight away, and report the page to your browser's safe-browsing service as well.
