Start free on Candy AIEffective date: November 8, 2026. This policy explains what Candy Shorts Uncensored (candyaishortsuncensored.com) stores when you read it, and why. The answer is almost nothing: the site has no user accounts, takes no payments and runs no third-party analytics or ad trackers. Here, "we" and "us" mean the operator of this site, reachable at contact@candyaishortsuncensored.com or through the contact page.
The short version
- No accounts and no sign-up forms. Reading a page never requires a name, an email address or payment details.
- One cookie remembers that you confirmed you are 18 or older. It lasts 30 days.
- When you click a button that leads to Candy, our server adds one line to a click count: the guide, the button's position and the device type. No IP address, no identifier, no profile.
- No Google Analytics, no advertising networks, no social media pixels.
- We do not sell or share personal information, and we host no Candy video.
We are an independent guide, not affiliated with Candy.ai or its operator, EverAI Limited. Once you land on Candy's site, its own privacy notice applies.
Cookies stored in your browser
The site sets at most two cookies. Both are first-party and strictly necessary for the way the site works.
| Cookie | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|
| site_age_ok | Records that you confirmed you are 18 or older, so the age screen does not return on every page. | 30 days |
| site_preview | Technical access cookie, set only for people who open a private preview link while pages are being prepared. Ordinary visitors never receive it. | 30 days |
Neither cookie identifies you or follows you to other websites, and the site stores nothing else in your browser. You can delete both at any time in your browser's site-data settings; the age screen will simply ask again on your next visit.
Analytics and click counting
We run no third-party analytics and no advertising or tracking scripts at the moment. If we ever decide to add an analytics tool, we will update this policy first, say what the tool collects and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
What we do count is outbound clicks. Buttons that lead to Candy pass through a short redirect on our own domain, at addresses starting with /go/. When you use one, our server records the date and time, the guide the button belongs to, where it sits on the page (for example the top of a guide or the fact box) and whether the device is a phone or a computer. It does not store your IP address, sets no cookie and builds no profile; obvious bots are left out. These totals tell us which guides readers find useful. Some of those buttons are affiliate links, which is how the site is funded, as the terms of service explain. When you follow one, Candy receives a referral code that identifies this site as the source, not you.
Hosting and server logs
Our web server keeps error logs only, not a record of every visit. An error entry describes a technical fault, such as a page that failed to load, with the time and the request involved, which can include the IP address that made it. We use these entries solely to fix problems, keep them for a limited period and never combine them with other data.
When you email us
If you write to contact@candyaishortsuncensored.com, we receive your email address, your message and anything attached. We use them only to answer you and to keep track of the conversation. Copyright notices and counter-notices are kept as long as needed to document how a claim was handled; other messages are deleted once they no longer serve that purpose.
Legal bases (EEA and UK visitors)
- Age and preview cookies: strictly necessary for a service you asked to use, and based on our legitimate interest in keeping an 18+ publication restricted to adults.
- Click counts: legitimate interest in knowing which pages are used; the counts carry no identifier.
- Error logs: legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working.
- Email: legitimate interest in answering you and, for legal notices, meeting a legal duty.
Your data rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, to get it in a portable format, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In practice we hold almost nothing that identifies a reader: clearing your cookies removes everything stored on your device, and click counts cannot be traced back to a person. For anything else, such as an email exchange, write to us and we will answer within one month.
California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as the CCPA and CPRA define those terms, and we collect no sensitive personal information.
International transfers
Since no visitor data goes to analytics or advertising companies, there is nothing to transfer for those purposes. Our hosting and email providers may process data in a country other than yours; where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
People under 18
This site is for adults only. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it. Candy's own age rules are covered in our Candy AI safety guide.
Links to other websites
Our guides link to other sites, mainly candy.ai and candyshorts.com. Those sites use their own cookies under their own privacy notices, which this policy does not cover; Candy's notice is published by EverAI Limited. If you subscribe to Candy, your payment details go to Candy and its payment providers, never to us. Plan prices are in our Candy AI pricing guide.
Updates to this policy
We will revise this policy when the site changes, for example before adding any analytics tool, or when the law requires it. The date at the head of this page tells you which version applies, and we will flag significant changes here. Rules for using the site are in the terms of service.
