1. Age requirement

The site is for adults only. You may use it only if you are at least 18, count as an adult under the law where you live, and are in a place where reading information about adult entertainment is lawful. Confirming your age on the entry screen is your statement that all three conditions apply. The confirmation is saved in a cookie on your device for 30 days, as described in the privacy policy. If you are under 18, you must not use the site.

2. What this site is, and is not

Candy Shorts Uncensored is an editorial guide. We publish series guides, creator profiles and explainers about Candy AI Shorts, covering access, prices, safety and where to watch officially. No episode is hosted, streamed, embedded, sold or passed on here, and we cannot grant access to a Candy account or subscription. Our summaries are our own work, written in non-graphic language.

3. Independence and affiliate disclosure

We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Candy.ai, candyshorts.com or EverAI Limited, and none of them reviews what we publish. Names such as Candy, Candy.ai and Candy Shorts, series titles and creator names appear only to identify the service we write about.

Some buttons on the site are affiliate links. If you follow one and later subscribe, we may earn a commission. It never changes what you pay, and it does not change what we write: free episodes, prices and access rules are reported as Candy publishes them, including when the honest answer is that something costs money.

4. Accuracy and third-party changes

We check Candy's public pages and date the facts that move, such as prices, episode counts and Spicy labels. Candy can still change any of them without notice, and some details, like the synopses of Spicy series, are visible only to signed-in accounts. We cannot promise that a series, price or feature described here will look the same when you reach Candy, so check the official site before paying for anything. To report an error, use the contact page.

5. Acceptable use

When you use the site, you agree not to:

• use it to look for, share or promote pirated or leaked episodes;
• get around the age screen, or help anyone under 18 get past it;
• scrape or crawl it at a rate that slows it down for other readers;
• probe for vulnerabilities, inject code or interfere with the server;
• misuse our outbound links, for example by generating fake clicks.

We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

6. Intellectual property

The text, layout, code and original graphics of this site belong to its operator and are protected by copyright. Series posters and titles shown to identify a series remain the property of their owners. Candy and Candy.ai are trademarks of their owner, and creator names belong to the creators.

Our pages point to other websites, mostly candy.ai and candyshorts.com, and sometimes to sources we cite. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, prices, terms or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement; once you leave, the other site's terms apply.

8. Takedown requests

If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright or another right, write to contact@candyaishortsuncensored.com following the steps on the contact page. We review complete notices and remove or correct material where the claim is justified.

9. No warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we give no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including on accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the site or from decisions you base on it, including purchases on third-party services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum the law permits. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

11. Updates to these terms

These terms may change as the site or the law changes. The effective date at the top shows the current version, and using the site after an update means you accept it. Because there are no user accounts, we cannot notify you individually, so please revisit this page now and then.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator of this site is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the competent courts of that country, unless mandatory consumer protection rules where you live allow you to bring them elsewhere.
